• Agents must ensure all property information, images, and pricing are accurate and lawful.
• Listings must not include properties under legal dispute or without proper authorization.
• Agents are solely responsible for all representations made to Users.
• Fraudulent or misleading listings will result in suspension or permanent account termination.
• Agents agree to cooperate with relevant authorities in case of disputes or investigations.

We offer free and premium plans for agents. Payments are securely processed via Paystack.

• Premium subscriptions provide added visibility and advanced listing features.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed, except where mandated by law.
• Downgrades automatically limit the number of active listings per agent (e.g. 5 listings for free tier).
• Renewal and expiry notifications are sent automatically before the end of each billing cycle.

We handle personal data responsibly and in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

• Cloudinary securely stores all media assets.

All platform content — including design, code, graphics, and branding — belongs to propertiesrealm.com . You may not reproduce or distribute content without written consent.

Property listings and images uploaded by Agents remain their intellectual property, but by posting, Agents grant us a non-exclusive license to display such content on our platform.

propertiesrealm.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing or content posted by Agents.

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from property transactions.
• All negotiations and agreements occur solely between Users and Agents.
• Fraudulent activities may be reported to authorities and relevant data protection agencies.

Users are strongly advised to verify property ownership and authenticity before making payments or agreements.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating our terms or laws.
• Agents involved in fraudulent listings may be permanently banned and reported to authorities.
• Agents may deactivate their account at any time by going to their dashbaord and navigating to "Manage Your Personal Info" section.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

In the event of disputes, parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution before resorting to litigation. Unresolved disputes shall be handled by the courts in Nigeria with proper jurisdiction.
